Ever eager to explore the world, the adventurer is a class of man that lives for the hunt. His prey, however, is not man or beast but rather the far corners of the land. Having neither the planning skills of the tactician or the survival skills of the trapper, the adventurer makes his travels possible by his unrivaled ability to quickly learn and master all new skills. Adventurers begin with a 3% (up to 9% with class-enhancing skills) bonus to all experience gains. -- In game description

The adventurer is often regarded as the "worst class". This is very much due to it's mundane abilities: avoiding enemies, and tickling them to escape.
