Dismantling

Dismantling is primarily used for obtaining master recipes, and resins which are used for crafting.

This is not a skill. When you dismantle a item, you receive a master recipe and a certain amount of resins based on the value of the item. The master recipe can be used to make consumable recipes with a Quill Pen to make more of that item.
