Town of Ustenar
Only the most experienced travelers have any chance of surviving Lake Halcyon to reach the town of Ustenar. Some proud folks celebrate and confirm their achievement by ceremoniously posting an item on the Auction House here. Equipment of level 87-90(?) are sold in Ustenar, but it is very rare for people to travel to Deadman's Valley or the Goblin Swamp to make use of such equipment.
